Research field
Wave spectroscopy
Main academic achievements
Mainly engaged in wave spectroscopy research, and made significant contributions to the development of rubidium maser atomic clock. He had made systematic and significant research achievement in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy: Proposed the universality of uneven interaction in spinning solid, suggested a method to rapidly determine magic-angle, found relativity in spatial orientation of longitudinal relaxation time in one kind of solid; developed Raman magnetic resonance spectroscopy and advised methods to directly measure multiple quantum relaxation time; systematically studied the effects of radiation damping and its impact on nuclear magnetic resonance line-type; developed the spinning operator method of studying nuclear spin; developed important experimental devices as nuclear polarization spectrometer of successful dynamics. In recent years, he started a serial research on intersection of magnetic resonance spectroscopy and life sciences.
