Dai,Nengli

Biography:

Dr. Nengli Dai is a member of Council of Special glasses in China and member of OSA. He received his PhD in material science at Shanghai Institute of optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Science, China in 2004. His doctoral research focused on Yb-doped silicate-based soft glasses and fibers.

From 2004 to now, he joins in Wuhan National Laboratory for Optoelectronics of HUST, Wuhan, China, dedicating to develop novel optical materials and application. His current research interests mainly include bismuth doped glasses and fibers, rare-earth doped glasses and fibers for radiation resistance, hollow core PCF and fiber lasers. He has published more than 100 papers and wins more than 5M RMB support from government of China.
